Lync for Mac 2011 Released to Manufacturing

October 21, 2011 Update: Microsoft has released an update (14.0.1) for the Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011 client that addresses two significant issues.

Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011 will be coming to a store near you in October 2011.

It was RTM’ed today, and will be available in Office for Mac 2011 – as part of the Office for Mac 2011 Volume Licensing SKU, Office for Mac Standard 2011, other Microsoft’s Licensing programs, and as a standalone volume licensing SKU purchase.
